At DTG, we provide a seamless, end-to-end solution for custom plastic parts. From your initial inquiry and CAD design, through mold creation, precise production, and final logistics, our experienced team ensures high-quality parts, on-time delivery, and cost-efficient solutions tailored to your business needs.

QUOTE PHASE

After you contact us, our business manager will ask you for more information about your inquiry, including CAD files, production quantities, materials, drawings, and more. If you need a new mold, we will interface with a mold making engineer to provide you with a one-on-one budget quote. If you need help with sample design, we have designers with extensive experience in plastic design and excellent knowledge of injection molding to help.

MOLD DESIGN & CREATION

Next, we will ask for your final CAD design and a deposit for the mold. A DFM file is sent to you so you can review the design, and if the DFM is approved and there are no changes to the design, a mold design is created to ensure that it is ready for production to your specifications. If there are no issues, the mold maker will create a T1 sample using the correct materials and molding process so that the part and report can be sent to you for your approval of the mold.We will inspect the mold and then hook it up to the machine to complete our own first article production for final approval of the mold and parts.

LOGISTICS & DELIVERY

Afterwards, the finished product will be sent to our warehouse and after confirming the logistics your finished product will be delivered to you within the agreed time.

PRODUCTION

After obtaining your production approval, the first order can be placed for the required number of parts. We will then purchase all materials needed for production. When the materials arrive, we will fulfill the production order.
